The 60ft narrow boat has been designed and finished to a high standard with a contemporary and cosy style by the current owners who specialise in design and build. They have made Cheeky Pint a perfect liveaboard for a small family, the layout and design has a lovely open plan living feel, with dining and galley space leading to a living room with a pull out sofa that has been recently reupholstered and re-foamed and includes leather arm rests. A double cabin is located toward the front with double door access to the front. There is ample storage throughout the boat, with multiple ways of heating including a wood fired Rayburn which is connected to the plumbing system, a towel warmer, a smart electric radiator and Webasto heating system. She has recently had a new upgraded battery charger and new water pump installed.

The residential mooring is situated inside an enclosed gate with keypad access and is a welcoming and splendid place to live. There is a large park across the road which overlooks the River Thames. The town centre is a short walk away with local shops, restaurants and train station. The beautiful Kent countryside has many attractions close by within short driving distances.
